This policy governs your use of Just Widower Dating. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to every user, paid or free. It incorporates our Content Policy (what may be uploaded), our Child Safety Standards, and our Anti-Trafficking, Exploitation and Abuse Statement.
Breach may result in content removal, feature restriction, mandatory identity verification, suspension, or permanent termination without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
1. Age
You must be at least 18 to create an account or use any part of the Service, or at least 21 in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, Wyoming and any other jurisdiction where the age of majority is above 18. You must not create an account for a person under 18, allow one to use your account, or upload content depicting a person under 18 in any sexual or suggestive context. We remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors and may require identity verification at any time. See Child Safety Standards.
2. Illegal acts
You must not use the Service to commit, plan, facilitate, promote or assist any act illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom or of any jurisdiction where you or the people you interact with are located, including:
- human trafficking, forced labour and modern slavery;
- sexual exploitation, prostitution and escorting;
- child sexual exploitation and abuse, including CSAM and grooming;
- sexual violence and sexual assault;
- fraud, money laundering, identity theft, extortion and blackmail;
- supply of controlled drugs or weapons;
- harassment, stalking, coercive control, threats of violence and hate crime;
- unauthorised access to computer systems and distribution of malware.

3. Prohibited content
Rules on images and uploaded media are set out in full in our Content Policy. Rules on sexual violence and non-consensual imagery are set out in our Anti-Trafficking, Exploitation and Abuse Statement. In addition, you must not upload, send, display or link to content that:
- Depicts or promotes human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the sale of sexual services or paid companionship.
- Depicts any identifiable person who has not consented to appear in it.
- Advertises goods or services, solicits investment, or promotes any commercial venture.
- Contains another person’s private information.
4. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- Misrepresent your identity, age, photographs, location, marital status or intentions.
- Use photographs of another person, or images you have no right to use.
- Operate more than one account, or create a new account after a previous one was terminated.
- Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, investment, financial account details, gift card codes or payment credentials from any other user, for any reason.
- Move a conversation off the Service at an early stage for financial gain, or direct users to external payment, investment, webcam or content-subscription services.
- Advertise or solicit sexual services, escort services or paid companionship.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate or repeatedly contact a user who has indicated they do not wish to be contacted.
- Send unsolicited sexual content or sexual messages.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access, collect from or interact with the Service or its users.
- Circumvent a suspension, ban or block.
5. Romance fraud
Romance fraud is a criminal offence and we treat it as one. If another user asks you for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank or card details, or asks you to receive or forward funds, do not comply. Report it using the report function on their profile or conversation, or through our Contact Form under "Reporting Misuse or illegal behaviour". We never ask users to send money to another user and we never ask for your password.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Every profile and conversation carries a report function. You can also use our Contact Form, or email [email protected].
We may remove content, restrict features, require identity verification, suspend or permanently terminate accounts without refund, retain and disclose data to law enforcement, and report to the relevant authorities. Where content involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child we report to the Internet Watch Foundation and the National Crime Agency and preserve evidence in line with their guidance. Decisions to terminate under Section 8A of the Terms of Use are final.
